    Best sound

Best sounding soundbar I have heard. Only two complaints are no hdmi and controls at bottom. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that this soundbar can easily replace your old avr and 2k speaker set. Clarity and balance are unmatched!

This sounds great and the mounting options are great. The flat mount puts in no further out from the wall than my QLED. My only complaint is that the wireless connect to the TV only works half of the time. I will just put an optical on it to solve the problem.

    Buyer beware!

I bought this sound bar to mount under my brand new Q7 75” QLED TV. It looks spectacular and sounds fine. Just don’t pause the tv for longer than 5 minutes. If you leave it idle for 5 minutes, it shuts off and you have to either turn it back on with its separate remote or go into the tv settings and turn it on from there. Spent an hour with Samsung support thinking surely there must be an easy fix for this but no. The auto power down is a feature! How ridiculous. $650, and 4 hours of labor on a custom install for a brick.

Very frustrating to spend so much money and time (I stalled a wall niche and power outlet behind) on a product that is so obviously and annoyingly flawed. How hard would it be to update the firmware and give me the option to turn off the ridiculous power down on this speaker.

    VERY limited inputs.

I wish I would have done a bit of research before buying this thing. It doesn’t even have a 3.5mm Aux cable connection! How is one supposed to play older devices?

Other than that, it has good sound.

Does not connect to the 2018 The Frame

Wanted to pair the sound bar with my 2018 The Frame, but the TV does not see the sound bar. Thus, I have to pair The Frame over Bluetooth, and get poor compressed audio.

Sound streaming from a mobile plays fine over WIFI audio with the sound bar, but The Frame is un-seamless. The biggest selling point is a joke.

Please do not reply just telling me to call the support centre…
