    Faulty Remote, Unable to setup TV, 80lb paperweight

    I’ve had a poor unboxing and setup process with the QN75Q65FNFXZA. The included remote was unable to pair with the TV making setup impossible. So after 2 cycles of large TVs on and off the wall, I’m left waiting 5-10 days for a replacement remote. If the remote is a single point of failure in TV operation, there should be tighter quality assurance.

    Great product!

    We’ve been buying Samsung TV’s for more than 15 years now and all our TV’s at home are Samsung. This is the 4th Tv in our house and the biggest so far. The Q6F meets and exceeds all the qualities of a great 4k TV. We’ve had it for a couple of months now and we love it.

    Like ease of the use of the features

    Great Picture quality, easy to control of remote. It controls the cable remote, Apple TV’s remote as well I like the fact whet ever I plug in it recognized what is. Like from ps3 console to the cable box.

    Great features for the price you pay

    What I like about this tv is that I can connect it to my amazon echo dot. It has a lot of features that makes watching tv and playing games on it so much fun. The color depth is so great that even my wife prefers to watch movies at home than going to the cinema!

    The features of this tv are great.

    This tv is easy to use set up and enjoy.the rich picture and blow away other big screen TVs that I’ve had. I look forward to watching movies on this tv because it feels like an experience like going to the movies.The only feature I could do without is Bixby, its gimmicky and annoying, but other than that great job Samsung.I will definitely buy your products in the future.

    Great picture and features

    The 75” screen size fills the large room we placed it in. Setup was straight forward. Sound Bar or Home Theater System is recommended for sound quality.

    Not a real QLED!

    If you want a QLED television don’t buy this model. The screen is fuzzy and not clear. This model does not have a glass display. The build quality does not compare to a QLED Q7 or higher. This model has cheap flimsy feel to it. The picture quality is sub par to the higher models. The unit I received was defective. I spent more than half a day trying to resolve the issue with no luck!

    This is last Samsung purchase I will ever make. Customer service was horrible and tech support was worse.

    Great TV – One Annoying Problem

    All is great except for a pop-up window every 5 minutes that advises us that something EVIL has tried to access our Samsung TV. Pops up in the topo right-hand screen every 5 minutes or so, and logs it as a notification on the TV menu. Notification logging stops at 99 but the pop-ups continue. Turning OFF notifications is not a remedy..

    Worst TV ever

    We bought this last month and within two weeks of use white patches have started to appear all over the screen. We have three other Samsung TVs (a 2010 HD 45in, a 2012 HD 65in, and a 2016 UHD 40in) and this is the worst we have ever experienced.

    After patiently waiting for almost a month for the TV to be in stock, we receive what seems to be NOT a brand new TV and ALL accessories are missing!! NO remote, NO stand, not even a manual! Just the TV is in the box and the TV has no plastic anymore! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! If I can only give zero star I would!!

    Do not buy if you plan to mount to the wall!

    We ordered the 75″ TV and when we received it found that the back of the TV is slightly curved and our current wall mount did not fit properly. We searched for an alternative solution and even looked on Samsung site. Days later of searching and over an hour on the phone with support the only option they suggested was a mount that is made for a smaller TV (37-70″). Reviews on the suggested mount show that the screws are not compatible and you will end up having to go to Home Depot to purchase other screws.
    The only reason why this review did not get smaller stars is the actual TV is great so far but I still would not recommend it to any friends or family due to this issue.

    Really Disappointed

    This is the second new Samsung display I’ve purchased in the past 4 years. The first was an open box deal from Best Buy, standard 55″ HDTV. It had some shadowing on the display, but it was a good price. It bothered me but I figured that is why it was open box. I figured the higher end panels would have higher quality standards, especially 4 years later. Sports (American football) looks awful on this display. I’ve played with the color settings for weeks and can’t get it to look right. There is also severe shadowing/cloudy smoke looking distortion on the panel. It’s always present and especially noticeable when watching dark scenes. The only pros has to do with the size being great, and 4K content looks great when you’ve been used to 1080P for so long. It upscale Blurays really well.

    the colors are blinding

    I am extremely disappointed in the color quality. the colors are blinding. Their answer is that since I’m not watching 4k and this a 4k tv, it is what it is. my 10 YEAR OLD Samsung looks better because its built for 1080 “its like putting bag gas in a car, its will run poorly” Horrible answer. Don’t sell a tv that doesn’t look right under normal conditions

    Horrible customer service

    I brought this TV yesterday 3-5-19 Brand New and it came out of the box dirty. I called best buy and they said “we get it from the manufacturer and then send it out. “So I called Samsung and they said “quality control checked it so not our fault it still works right?” 2 thousand dollar TV brand new no one wants to get anything brand new that dirty.

    Better than expected!

    We didn’t buy a tv, we built a theater!
    I was torn between the qled and oiled but dollar for dollar, felt my decision to purchase the qled would be the wise choice dollar for dollar. Boy was I right! The picture is phenomenal and my family is impressed! The savings on the tv allowed me to purchase and install a Dolby Atmos surround receiver and speakers. Theater like experience at a r asonable cost!

    Great Picture but Sound Processing Flawed!

    I have had this TV for a couple of months. First let me say the picture is great for the TV. As with most Samsung products setup was a breeze. The downside to this TV is when you connect it to a soundbar and select Dolby for your sound. I have a Samsung soundbar and whenever I change to Dolby Digital the sound will randomly become choppy and inaudible. The only way to fix this is to turn Dolby off in the sound settings which results in a LOT LESS QUALITY sound that you have to turn way up to hear. For the money this should not be a problem, its as if the processor cannot handle. I have contacted Samsung support numerous times who have only changed settings to no results. I contacted CEO office who sent out a repair company who has been out twice to fix settings and change the main board. I have also changed my HDMI and Optical to make sure that wasn’t the issue and the issue still exist. The repair company doesn’t believe there is anything else to replace. I have contacted my original person who reached out via the CEO office and have reached out to the CEO office twice since the repairs and its been 3 weeks with no response. Its sad that there is no fix and i cannot get anyone to answer. Picture is wonderful but sound processing is seriously flawed. I would return this TV and look at something else if i wasnt past my return period from Best Buy
