    Needs MUCH longer bolts. Picky power input.

    We were told ‘all the bolts needed’ were in the box with the wall mount. They were not and our dealer agreed with our frustration on that. The upper bolts need to M8 x 30mm and the lower ones M8x40mm. Even the Samsung wall bracket doesn’t come with long enough bolts.

    Second the input power requirements for this TV are simply not published. Our utility provides us 256/128V and my primary UPS then outputs 130V AC from this. The TV will NOT come on when plugged into the 130V. In the wall at 128V it does power on. Tech support only said: “It needs 120v” That’s not very specific.

    picture is great. Samsung One Connect Is Terrible

    I have been happy with the picture quality of this tv. My problem is with the one connect. I will never buy a tv with the one connect option again. My tv randomly goes out for a few seconds every once in awhile. Please google this issue. I am not the only one having this problem. Samsung is making me buy a new one connect as a solution. Buyer be ware!

    Mixed Feelings

    Second day of having the TV I couldn’t change the source or access the apps. Contacted support they said it was the remote and would send another. It’s been 2 weeks and still no remote. Maybe one day I could use all the functions.

    Google “Samsung TV repeatedly turns on/off”

    Please note that this is a Samsung-wide issue – not specific to this model. The only reason I gave any stars at all is because of the great buying/delivery experience through Best Buy and the nice picture when it’s not turning itself on and off. Delivered less than 12 hours ago and now it appears that I will have to un-wall mount this beast and send it back. What a buzz kill for what should have been a great day. Shame on you, Samsung, for putting out TV’s with this issue for over 10 years!

    DirectTV App is BUGGY!!!

    I researched extensively if this TV has the DirectTV Now App resident on the TV. Called Samsung and they confirmed that, yes, all Samsung Smart TVs 2018 and later do have the DirectTV Now app. What they FAILED to tell me is that IT IS BUGGY!!!!!!! I bought this TV from Sams Club based on the info that the app is resident only to find out when I got it home that there is no Audio on certain channels (primarily local stations but some “cable” channels as well) and the “go to last app when TV is turned on” capability on the TV does not work with the DirectTV App.

    Very frustrated that I bought this specifically because of the resident DirectTV app but now have to jump through hoops to watch TV. Samsung should have fully disclosed that DirectTV app is in Beta and is buggy when I called to do research prior to purchasing. Bad customer service! Samsung does not stand by their products or their people with what they tell you. #frustrated

    I like the tv but there problems

    It is one problem you turn the TV off and come back turn TV on and it does not keep connection to the Internet .So you have it you have to go through the whole process of re-connecting to the Internet sometimes it takes two or three times. It also it sometimes takes two or three times to turn on the tv. That dose get frustrating.

    Overall good experience

    Good: Goog clarity of picture and sound, necessary apps are in built

    1) I wish it had bluetooth to connect my Bose wireless headphone. Is it possible someway?
    2) I have a 5GHz internet and my mobile/laptop is connected with it. But it this TV only basic WiFi network is visible & connecting. Any reason why?
    3) Unlike my previous Samsung curve TV, its less visible from other sides of the room. It is very good when you watching in front of the TV
